ITINERARY OUTLINE

DAY 1

Casablanca – Transfer to the hotel

Upon arrival to the airport of Casablanca Mohammed V our Driver / Tour guide will transfer you to your hotel.

DAY 2

Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Fes

After you enjoy your breakfast at the hotel we will start the journey towards Fes and you will visit Meknes and Volubilis along the way.First stop will be in Volubilis which is the famous Roman ruins left from the Roman Empire . The second stop will be in Meknes which is one of Morocco's imperial cities founded by Moulay Ismail , we will visit Bab el Mansour and enjoy a visit of Moulay Ismail’s shrine . after the visit of Meknes we will drive towards to Fes where you will spend the night. Overnight in Fes

DAY 3

Full Day To Visit Fes

Today you will have the full day to explore Fez with a local guide . Fez was founded by Idris the first in the twelfth century and it was for years considered the cultural capital of Morocco and it is also one of the imperial cities of Morocco and the second largest city after Casablanca . You will get to see the souks filled with a variety of colorful spices , visit the University of Al Quaraouiyine which is the oldest university in the world and still operates till this day , mosques , plazas, palaces and museums. Overnight at the Riad / Hotel.

DAY 4

Fez - Chefchaouen Day Trips - Fez

Depart for Chefchaouen will take place after you enjoy your breakfast at the hotel passing through the green valleys of the Rif Mountains. Chefchaouen also know as the blue city is famous for its blue homes and its a very popular spot for both travelers around the world and for the Moroccans themselves , mostly in the hot weather of summer when it becomes an escape from the heat. We will explore Chefchaouen and its narrow alleys ,souks and Relax in the square, visit a local farm or hike in nearby parks. In the afternoon we head back to Fez . Overnight in Fez

DAY 5

Fes - Ifrane - Azrou - Ziz Valley - Erfoud - Merzouga ( Camel ride & a Night in a desert camp )

After you enjoy your breakfast at the hotel we will start the journey to the Sahara desert passing by Ifrane, the Middle Atlas Mountains and the cedar forests of Azrou where we will stop to take some pictures of the wilderness in Morocco and the wild monkeys. After the cedar forest we will continue to Zaida or Medilt where you will have lunch and later on we continue through the middle atlas and landscapes of Medilt till we reach the Ziz Valley where you will stop to take some pictures of the valley before continuing to Arfoud . at the arrival to Merzouga you will be welcomed with a cup of tea before you check into your hotel and right after you will ride the camels into the desert dunes and you have a break on the top of the dunes to enjoy the beautiful sunset and also take some pictures before you continue to the desert camp where you can do the Sand Boarding at the arrival . After dinner, the staff will entertain you some local music around the campfire and you also can walk up the dunes to enjoy the starry sky in a peaceful night.

DAY 6

Merzouga - Berber Families - Black Desert - Merzouga

We will wake you up early morning to enjoy the stunning sunrise over the golden Sahara desert dunes. After the sunrise you will ride the camels back to your hotel in Merzouga where you will have a refreshing shower and breakfast. After you enjoy your breakfast we will the journey of exploring the villages around the Erg Chebbi dunes such as ( Hassi Labied, Khamlia ...) on our way to Khamlia we might meet locals showing their desert foxes. you may also encounter desert reptiles and mammals. Khamlia is known as the village of black people who were slaves coming from Sudan. At the arrival you will be welcomed with a cup of tea while enjoying the spiritual Gnawa music. Leaving Khamlia towards our next stop which will be the panoramic view of the golden dunes near the Algerian border, we will stop for Lunch under the shadows of a tree before continuing to visit The Nomad family , you will be introduced to the family members and getting to know about their way of life while enjoying the taste of a nice cup of tea. Later on you will have the chance to visit the sites of black volcanic rocks. continuing on, we will reach the Yasmina lake then we will be back to Merzouga, overnight in hotel near the dunes.

DAY 7

Merzouga - Rissani - Jorf - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley/ Gorges

Around 8:00 Am after enjoying your breakfast at the hotel we will visit Rissani in the Tafilalt region which is situated at the edge of the Ziz Valley where we will stop to enjoy a cup of tea and take pictures of the Ziz Valley before we countinue the journey through Todra Gorges and across the Atlas Mountains to Tinghir Oasis and continue through the Dades Valley. Overnight in Dades Gorges.

DAY 8

Dades - Roses Valley - Skoura - Ouarzazate - High Atlas - Marrakech

We will start around 8:00 Am after you enjoy your breakfast at at the hotel by driving to Ouarzazate via Skoura Oasis and stopping at the panoramic view of Taourirt kasbah and another stop will take place near the Film Studio in Ouarzazate. Later on, we will continue driving to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbahs, where you will have lunch. this Kasbah has been certified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site . After Lunch we continue the journey towards Marrakech crossing the high Atlas mountains and the pass of Tizi'N'Tichka . Arrival to Marrakech will be in the evening .

DAY 9

Full Day To Visit Marrakech

Today you will have a full day to explore Marrakech with a local tour guide visiting the Menara, The Koutoubia mosque, Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace and Dar Si Said Palace museum of jewellery. After lunch in the medina you will walk through the colorful souks of Marrakech. Enjoy the sunset view with a drink overlooking the Jamaa El Fna Square from a terrace of a cafe. Overnight at a hotel in Marrakech

DAY 10

Marrakech - Ouzoud Waterfalls Day Trip- Marrakech

A special day trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls will begin from Marrakesh in the morning after enjoying your breakfast at the hotel. this attraction is located about 175 km away from Marrakesh, you will explore the beautiful waterfalls and a beautiful landscape full of birds and monkeys . Arrival back to Marrakesh will be in the evening.

DAY 11

Marrakesh - Essaouira Day Trip - Marrakesh

Marrakesh to Essaouira Day trip will start in the Morning around 8:00 Am. Leaving Marrakesh and heading towards Essaouira, this city situated on the Atlantic coast, it has a steady year round temperature . The golden beach is popular with windsurfers. One of the most charming medinas in Morocco. Recommended year round, especially in summer when it becomes a relief from the hot temperature of Marrakech. Arrival back to Marrakech will be in the evening
