Marrakech hosts the 2022 summer camp of the MAP

Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 8:56 PM Marrakech – The city of Marrakech is hosting from August 17 to 27, the summer camp organized for the benefit of the children of the staff of the Moroccan Press Agency (MAP), under the theme “ Let's develop our talents!”. This long-awaited summer escape after two years of shutdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, benefits 50 children, including 14 girls, aged between 7 and 14 years old. It is supervised and led by 13 professional educational leaders, including 10 qualified and experienced guides, at the rate of one guide / guide for 5 children, in addition to 3 teachers and coaches specialized in music, theater and sport. As in previous years, a diversified program is planned for the duration of this holiday camp. The children of the MAP staff will thus be on the agenda with activities combining entertainment, relaxation, fair competition and the encouragement of creativity, group spirit, collaboration and fraternity. Supervised by a qualified team from the Fondation-MAP, the educational staff of this holiday camp has programmed workshops taking into account the inclinations and talents of the young participants (choir, music, theatre, etc.), sports activities, swimming, excursions to the “Palooza Land” game park, as well as visits to the city of Marrakech and its region and to the green spaces and historical and natural sites of the ocher city. The activities also include a closing party, hosted by the children of MAP staff benefiting from this summer camp. The summer camps, organized each year by the MAP, represent a space for self-fulfilment and education on the values ​​of citizenship, while instilling in children the spirit of creativity, teamwork and collaboration.
