ONCF: 9.62 million passengers transported in 3 months

The number of passengers transported by the National Railways Office (ONCF) rose to 9.62 million people during the first three months of this year, against 7.02 million during the same period a year earlier. “The number of passengers transported recorded an increase of 38% compared to the same period of 2021, thus confirming the return of activity after the Covid context”, indicates the Office in a press release on its indicators of activity in the 1st quarter of 2022. The transport of goods showed a drop of 15% in volume during the same period.
